REFUND POLICY

All Payments made by a Digital Connections Inc. (DCI) subscriber are directly applied to the subscriber's DCI account.  In the event of an overpayment, the overpayment  is automatically reflected as a credit on the subscriber's DCI account.  DCI subscribers may elect to have any overpayments refunded.  Refunded payments will be applied to the credit card used to make the payment.  To request a refund, DCI subscribers must contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 303-6190.
